How do I get to the dance hall?

Directions from San Antonio:

Take Highway 281 North, go 30 miles from Loop 1604. Turn left on RR 473 West and go 7 miles. At the fork, veer to the left. Kendalia Halle is 100 yards on your left.

Or, take IH-10 West to the Ralph Fair Rd. exit. Turn right and go 20 miles on Ralph Fair (also known as 3351). Kendalia Halle is on your right. If you get to the stop sign at RR 473 you went too far.

Directions from Austin:

Take Highway 290 West to Hwy 281. Go left (South) on 281 for about 20 miles. 8 miles past Blanco, TX, turn right on RR 473 West. Go 7 miles, veer to the left at the fork. The hall is 100 yards on your left.

Directions from Boerne:

Take Highway 46 about 10 miles to FM 3351 (Ralph Fair Rd.) Turn left at the intersection and 12 miles. The hall is on the right.

What time do the dances start?

Dances are from 8:00 p.m. to midnight. Check specific dances for details.

How much are the dances?

Most ticket prices are between $10 and $20. Please see specific event listings for cover charge and advance ticket prices.

Can I buy beverages with a credit card?

All beverages sold at Kendalia Halle are cash only.

Can I buy tickets using a credit card?

Credit card payment processing is available online for advance tickets through Ticket Leap. Click on the Buy Tickets button and pay using your credit card.

Online ticket sales will end once we reach capacity or 5:00pm the day before the dance. Walk up admission is always available at the door, unless the dance is indicated SOLD OUT on our website.

When will my tickets arrive?

We do not mail tickets. When ordering tickets through TicketLeap, a PDF of your tickets will be provided. Please print your tickets and bring to the dancehall. You will also receive a confirmation email from TicketLeap where you will be able to download your tickets.

Can I pay admission at the door with a credit card?

Admission at the door is cash only.

If I buy advance tickets, will I get a reserved seat?

No. Advance tickets are general admission only.

OUR RESERVATION PROCESS HAS CHANGED:

As a courtesy, we will reserve a table for parties of 6 adults or more, provided all 6 tickets are purchased by one person. Once you have paid for your 6 (or more) tickets, email us to reserve a table. Without prepaid admission for 6 or more, no tables will be reserved. Reserved tables will be released to other attendees if not claimed by 9:00pm.

Can I reserve a table for a dance?

On the day of the dance, unreserved tables are first come, first served.

Do children get in free?

No. All admissions require a ticket purchase including children under 11. See specific dance for child admission price.

Is food served at the dances?

We will have FREE tacos available at each dance. You are welcome to bring your own snacks.

Can I bring my own alcohol to the dance hall?

No liquor, beer, wine or other drinks are allowed to be brought into the hall. Under our TABC license, beer and wine are sold. Sodas and water are also available for purchase. CASH BAR.

Are there any hotels near the hall?

Here is a partial list of hotels/motels in Blanco, TX, approximately 15 miles away. There are also several in Boerne, TX, approximately 20-25 minutes from the dance hall.
